The High Court said - the condition of education is worst in Bihar; The children of officers study outside the state, it is mandatory for them to study in government schools only then the situation will change, the judge said - the rule of law is just slogan, not being implemented.
Patna High Court said that education is in the worst condition in Bihar. Because all the officers teach their children outside the state. The education system will improve only when officers are forced to ensure that their children study in government schools. A single bench of Justice Dr. Anil Kumar Upadhyay made this remark on Thursday while listening to the writ petition of Kaushal Kishore Thakur. The issue was the removal of guest teachers posted in Purnia. The court stayed the removal order of these teachers.
